Development Approvals

Northbank Enterprise Hub has evolved from the acquisition of two adjoining land parcels located on Tomago Road, Tomago (NSW). The first land holding comprises 115 hectares and was master plan approved with an accompanying DA for the recently completed WesTrac facility.

The Second acquisition made in 2010 comprises approximately 240 hectares of land, which on 29 June 2014 was given planning approval, allowing for the import of fill infrastructure and subdivision works to be undertaken.

Given the site master plan approval, the process for individual building applications is reduced, ultimately streamlining the DA process for interested parties.
